Old Oak Tree

Alone it stands
In a suspect moor
Tall and grand
Overlooking the ground
Green luscious leaves
Litter its boughs
No fruits to be seen
Its wisdom is rich
A vast wrinkled trunk
The anchor of life
Time passes things by
Except the Old Oak Tree
Lost in memory
Of an old reverie

Egyptian Queen

Fairies of dark enchantment
Circle the pond of sapphire
Dark Egyptian Goddess
Floats in a charred boat
Two pixies beside her
Trees of fantasy
Tall, dark and illumined
By the midnight moon
Azure paradise
Crystal clear water
Drink from the heavenly
Curse
The fountain of youth
Until there is truth
Silver decadence
Forms a halo of white
Glistening fairies
Alone in their dance
Fireflies melting
In the poisoned light
For the Egyptian Queen kills all in her sight

Creative Rose

Blood red rose shines
In a nocturnal night sky
Leaks a dew
From its petals
Engulfs the night
A silver fox charges
Through moonlight
She locks a box
With a key
Thinking about what it could be
Hidden inside the mind
Unlock the paper
Place the ink
Divulge your wildest dreams
Fantasy of
Creativity
Is it enough
To push the word further deeper
Until there is no conclusion
Only imagination

Black Sorcery

Black Angel wings
Fallen from the sky
Dark beauty
Forlorn to die
Carved inside the stone
Of Ancient Sorcery
The cracked wing
Releases its treachery
Deep beneath the surface
Of an immortal plane
Suffers to reach
Enrobed in pain
On a throne of Onyx
Made of marble
The wing speaks
To the dead
Its heavy feathers
Encased with lead

I Dream...

I dream forever
Of days to come
Bonds to be severed
And tunes I will hum

I dream always
Of days long past
What history says
And moments that didn't last

I dream on
Of days that are now
Where I belong
And what I now vow

I dream in a world
That no one else can see
In a reality twirled
Into fantasy

I dream of Unicorn, Phoenix and Dragon
Of lands never seen
Of bards with flagons
And adventures waiting for me

Fog

I need to bleed onto this paper
Pour the blood to fill it
With my insides
Splatter my pain
For you all to see
Finally shedding my security
Bleed it dry
From the fog in my head
The buzzing fog
Clear my eyes
Clear my nose
From this awful weight
Weighing me down
Like chains on the innocent
The hurt like
Razorblades slicing through
My insides
My organs ache
Hollow scars upon my skin
These words are my only
Friend
Loneliness is killing me
I need to breathe
I need to see
The beauty in creation
But I see nothing but
Death and pain
Life is made for fools
Ones that bite the hand
That feeds them
I see into their facade
The ones that are left behind
Rotting corpses
Of skin and flesh
Unbeatable hearts
Full of sorrow
In their solitude
The constant fog
Bleeds into their brain
The fear that holds them tightly
As the will fades
Keep them in the dark
For the dark holds the fog
That can never die

Angelene

Blue haired Phoenix
Rises from the deep
Darkened Sapphire
From the rainbow tower
Perched on the edge
Of Morpheus death
Sound of a hawk
Fills the transparent air
As she rises from the lair
Sparkling azure
From the turquoise sea
Lies in wait
Transformative beast
Looks on from the east
Illumined blue
Dark as night
Glowing with dexterity
Hair like blue wings
Suddenly her face appears
It is Angelene
The Water Queen

Incantation

Torture tongue
Clambering claw
Rip in shreds
Deeper and deeper

Nightmare ghosts
Arch of skeletons
The bell clock tower rings
A single crow sings

Sunlight beams
Against a forest of dreams
Crooked earth
Against a straw filled sky
Places a hand across the hearth

Solace in silence
The hand that plays
Ever watchful as a murderer slays
Victim
Powerless in defence
Creeping amongst the shadows
As a shapeless menace

Eye Of The Sun

The winds of time
Can break
Force itself through the trees
For the destruction of
Mankind is imminent
Masking enchantment
The Sun hides its
Deadly sins
As we go on oblivious
To its all seeing eye
One false move and
Earth could die
The Sun watches our every step
It weathers our wounds
With a painful blow
Leaving us homeless
With nowhere to go

Baking A Cake

Cloud full of poison
Acid rain burns my skin
Peels away the dermis layer
Seeping out the blood within
Dark and beautiful
Like an iron wine
Take a sip
Watch it drip
Drip, drip
Till there's nothing left
Empty
A hollow shell
Powered by the darkness
In this unforgettable hell
Burn me on the fires
Watch the skin melt
Touch the familiar
Make sure its felt
Memories flood back
Inside the brain
Attack
Permanently marked for all to see
My damaged fragile body
As dead as dead can be
No blood, no skin, no bone
Paraded around in a room
With no home
Hung from the battered ceiling
Noose cut and strangled
Dreaming
Canvas you have used
To show me off
Your prized possession
Death in a slipknot
Show my pain
Show it
Before your conscience blows it
Gashes formed from the
Scarlet openings
Incisions from the knife
Gave a river that helped
To rest your mind
White scars left from
Blazing blades
Forced upon my brittle skin
You've made the batter
Now the cake can begin

Beautiful Demise

Jagged in the creases
Blood is running deeper
It trickles down the chambers
Of a beating heart
On the white walls
The canvas has freed it
What was once the source of living
Is now a work of art

Angela

The Snow Queen
Ethereal beauty
Waits in a silent forest
Branches of black
Hiding themselves
From her spell
Flakes of snow
Caress the dead
Capture her sorrow
Grey porcelain
With an eerie glow
Arms swoop dark and low
Pure white hair
Clings to her dress
Crystal granite eyes
Reflect her mystery
Angela the Snow Queen
Magical and mystical
Floats in the black forest
Of silent dreams

Mind Twins

Seeds of evil
My mind turns
Daily against itself
Nothing I can do
But live in torment

Half of me, half evil
Lived by another
Twisted mind
Crucified heart

Ideas, disturbing
Pulled from sinews of a demonic kind
Memories are not my own
Terrified faces who I don't know
Reacting to the malevolence within
The dark chasms of the mind

Cannot understand
Cannot comprehend
Destruction of the soul
To another person's means
Achieve the same ending

Sadness lying never spoken,
Stillness remains a valued token
Slowly drifting to other worlds

Poisoned bloodstream
Invoking a puppet
A thin string that holds me in place
As strong as a bird wing
Fluttering up high

Ink Portal

Old ancient book, older than the dust
Encasing the folds of mysteries
Sitting alone, forgotten
On an old shelf, patient

Its pages are filled with ink
It could be a book about enchantment
Or a portal to another world
More rich than any could have dreamed

Its withered pages fluttering under my breath
The ink fading now, as cracked as the leather cover
Stretched to its limit, its binding broken
Its dusty smell, the smell of ancient time

Old pages, old memories, old ink
The writer long since forgotten
The book remembers, remembers through the ages

The book's casing can wither and die
But the words are there

They still live and breathe like always
Like memoirs on graves of the dead
It remains, though much else is lost

Here through the ink portal
The words are never forgotten

Demon Walls

Read the dark scriptures
On the walls of death
Messages from beyond
The grave
Tortured souls
Darkness abounds
Tales of lost secrets
Kept hidden in the dungeons
Calligraphy discovery
On the edge of the earth
Silent stars invoke the night
The pale moon glows
In the magnificent light
Cave of darkness
A world away
Red and bleeding
Wounds on the battlefield
Tortured souls
Never to leave
Scriptures of truth
Carved in stone
Never to forget
Remember us
Remember us

Iridescent Eyes

I was climbing up a tree,
And I saw in front of me,
A butterfly wing
That made the birds sing

I reached out to touch it,
But couldn't quite reach it,
So I jumped out to grab it,
And in my hand I crushed it

I fell to the ground,
With a resounding thudding sound,
And when I landed in the mote,
The wing was shoved down my throat

I swallowed hard and it slid right down
Because of the taste I began to frown
Then I started to float in the sky
And I saw in my reflection
I had an Iridescent Eye

Icicles

Spires of ice
Hang from my window
Rainbows encased in frozen water
Hanging, hanging
Don't want to be under when it falls
It may never fall
Simply drip into oblivion
When Spring time comes

Siren

She calls to you from
The dark ocean
A vast infinite turquoise
Green lair
Her song cascades down
As the water falls
All-encompassing
Shrouded by a black cloak of mist
As a Ship sails in
Hypnotically transfixed
The Siren sings again

Eclipse

Eternal Eclipse
Darkness reigns
No longer exists
Released, we are free
At night we roam
A graveyard we own
The place we left
An empty tomb
Mortals beware
At every turn
We're everywhere
With our
Crimson smiles
Giving in to
Our desires

Exit

A dark and twisted dream  With no seeming end  Search for exits  From this hell within  Nothing fills this empty void  Nothi...
